SIHA Active Yeast 9 s(weet)

SIHA Active Yeast 9 s(weet) is a selected pure yeast for the production of wines with residual sugar. Isolated from a spontaneous fermentation guarantee a secure fermentation with the desired residual sugar concentration. The alcoholic fermentation stops naturally or can the stopped by reduction of the fermentation temperature or addition of Sulphur. The yeast strain is particular suitable for fresh white wines with residual sugar concentration.
