The Silsan® Specialities range from Graf Chemie provides tailored solutions that add value to coating and construction systems. These functional additives support processing, performance, and durability across multiple applications.

• Defoamer E12 – a silicone-based, heterogeneous defoamer with silica particles that effectively inhibits foam formation in mineral masonry coatings during both production and application.

• Silsan® SFL – a non-ionic wetting and dispersing agent that reduces surface tension and destabilizes foam, ideal for water-based paints and plasters requiring early rain resistance and water beading.

• Silsan® SKA – a solvent-free potassium methyl siliconate solution for cost-effective, all-round hydrophobization of mineral substrates, gypsum, and factory-made materials.

• Silsan® MW65 – moisture protection for thermal insulation materials such as glass wool, mineral wool, perlite, and vermiculite, preserving insulation properties and preventing mould growth.
