SIHA Active Yeast 9

SIHA Active Yeast 9 is a selected pure yeast, which was isolated from a spontaneous fermentation. Selection aims were clean wine aromas and safe fermentation without significant formation of volatile acid. SIHA Active Yeast 9 emphasizes the grape characteristics of white wines. The yeast strain is particularly suitable for the production of fresh white wines of Riesling, Silvaner, or Müller-Thurgau grape varieties.
