SIHA Terra Rosso is a yeast selection from Croatia used specifically for the fermentation of red wine must and red wine mashes. The specific characteristics are color stability and fast and secure end fermentation. SIHA Terra Rosso is suitable for spicy and dark colored red wines (Terran, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel).
